Know Sure Thing (KST) oscillator

The know sure thing (KST) oscillator is a complex, smoothed pricevelocity indicator developed by Martin J. Pring.

Rate of change (ROC) and Moving Average are the foundation of KST indicator. It is a momentum oscillator based on the smoothed rate-of-change for four different time frames.

The concept behind the oscillator is that price trends are determined by the interaction of many different time cycles and that important trend reversals take place when a number of price trends are simultaneously changing direction.

There are 9 parameters: The first four parameters (rocLength 1-4) represent the rate-of-change settings, the second four represent the moving averages for these rate-of-change indicators and the last number is the length of the signal line moving average.
