    I have seen MotiveWave Ultimate 6.9.3 for Windows for sale on a large online marketplace for relatively little money.
    I don't know if I can send a screenshot of that marketplace or a link here? Because of Terms and Rules from clubbingbuy.com.

    A edu version of 2.9.3 is available in TG. However, it runs with emulator and you need to run a bookmap data downloader program to get the keys for both Motivewave and Bookmap specific to your computer (HWID).
    I tested it and monitor the network activity of the emulator for several hours and I did not notice any external network calls.

    Not saying that. Only that it does not call back to external server, either for license or other unknown activities. And that is only for a couple hours of network monitoring.
