    My point was that I want to open trade and than EA will hedge, trim and squeeze to the end of initial position. This way I see the basic functionality.

    On top:
    Then the new cycle or we give an opportunity to the trader to increase position and EA will pick up new size of trade to continue. That can be more difficult to code.

    i suspect that is the first step that hopefully Dasio86 will or can program. we can have a look on what it does. your press buy or sell or place limit orders and the EA picks it up from there. within the inputs you have set certain parameter. x distance hedge, x tp, x% Trim. or if you want to close the trade earlier than the 1st trim level. you exit the buy and EA picks it up and resets the rest. those are what you say the basic functionality.

    from there we can have a look at the next step. who knows the first step is enough,maybe we just add a a little tweek. add a different algo ritme.

    So i programmed the first version. I'm trying it. At the moment it perform only trim accordlying to the basic rule.
    So the inputs are:
    Point distance for hedge
    Point distance for TP (From Hedge)
    % to collect

    Give me more time to test it and i will share.

    Oke, so it probabely works in strategy tester.

    I have see a similar strategy used on the m1. So small hedge distance.

    Can you already add a dashboard to see how much total drawdown it reaches.

    Ok. I test the EA all the day. I need to fix something, not too mich work. I will add a simple dashboard at this step.

    Question. How many hedges on average did it take for a cycle to play out ,if it played out,without adding an inner hedge.

    he had a live stream talking about his strategy. a few others tried to make an Ea from the strategy aswell, they said without the inner hedge, its not working that well. But what is your experience sofar @Dasio86

    its interresting now we just need to brainstorm how to make a good working strategy with it. but first we like to see the basic EA functioning,so we can test it out and think hoe to improve it.
    hopefuly @Dasio86 will have made the base off the EA soon. does not matter if its not working perfectly yet.
