Well the original author ( bonosu ) [ ayyato is just copier ] created various versions of this strategy but essentially they follow all the same principals

Open trades only during specific time ( for my middle european timezone that was 17:01/02 ) aka rush hour
The author used a combination of Oscillators on his plentyfull indicators, perhaps even some more conditions like price action
The problem with this strategy is that most normal binary options brokers know this strategy and dont like it
( I know personally Alpari hates this so from 16:58-17:03 they close the forex market, other brokers will ban or soft ban you for it... or decrease payout.... )
Also this strategy can be dangerous.... You can lose 80% of your capital just to make it back again within 2 weeks
