Im an EA developer myself. I can tell you that if you look at the EA and how it works you can very well have this losses in a row due to the high amount of trades it takes, even though the chances are low.
Did you compare it to the real EA history and the probability for this to happen? Did you backtest the set files and compare the original? He has backtests online you can compare with.
Yes .com is the real owners domain, but limited to one broker I believe, but the .pro is refactored to work with any broker by my understanding.

The backtests you’re seeing online is not owned by the dot com domain owner which you shared his IG …
If you put the same dates in myfxbook.com as the backtest image, the results are actually far off using the dates: 2024.06.01 - 2025.03.01. As you can see even if the modelling quality is 90% it should match somewhat better.

I've looked into this further, and unfortunately, it appears to be a scam. The seller (fake) has even deleted their Telegram profile. I don't believe this will materialise, from what I can tell, this version doesn't actually exist and the one with the source code seems to be the one from the genuine author. Both sites are sharing the same myfxbook account and the telegram account for this version of the EA has been deleted. Also to obtain this EA you go via a third party payment system and they provide a download to the EA so there is no real communication to the seller. This is what i believe i may be wrong
